How our program works
Our team purchases homes across the state of Indiana with the intent of offering them to people who are interested in ownership. Families will lease a property from us for a minimum of 10 years, and at the end of this term, the house is theirs FREE AND CLEAR! We will pay the property taxes and insurance during the lease term and the client is responsible for monthly rent and utility payments.

What we expect of our clients
Our program is successful because of the quality of our clients. We are looking for responsible people who are excited about homeownership. We expect monthly payments to be on time and in full for the duration of the lease term. Also, the properties we offer require varying degrees of upgrades and/or repairs. Our clients understand they are taking possession of the home AS-IS, and they are responsible to do what is necessary to make their house a home. Some houses might simply need some cosmetic upgrades, like a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. Others may require more substantial repairs like plumbing or new carpeting. In many cases, we have a local team of contractors that can help with any repairs that are out of our clients' comfort zone.
